We were very fortunate to get our start and be mentored by Emma Jean Stephenson of "EJ's Dachshunds" fame. From the very beginning we enjoyed all the time and effort she gave to us. Her dedication, drive, competitiveness and her giant heart were shared with everyone lucky enough to meet her. We are thrilled that she continues to be our friend and family to this day.

It took some time for me to get used to a hound attitude coming from Springers who adore their owners Willy was more independent than I was used to but we grew to understand each other and when he matured he took the ring by storm and made it seem easy.

Peanut was the first girl we bought from Emma Jean. What a fabulous dog she was. Sweet and kind and an exceptional producer. She gave us 6-8 puppies easily whelped in each of her litters. We have kept the philosophy of free easy whelpers in our breeding program from what she taught us. She was a pretty show girl as well and finished in 3 Countries with multiple group placings.
